Easy to rebuild if for some reason needed. Installation the bikeyoke lived on my kona honzo for five months photo. I currently run two ks lev posts one on a gravel bike a fox transfer factory and a reverb. My revive has hundreds of miles on it and has always worked flawlessly.

I tested the revive with a fancy fizik saddle that has tall oval carbon rails without issue. The revive also features a one piece lower tube which provides better load displacement and yields extra wall thickness at the collar area so it s less prone to problems if you accidently ham fist tighten the seat clamp. I ve used lots of other posts on various demo and test bikes bike industry friends and this just blows them all away. When things got a little bit less steep and a little bit less technical i sat down to figure out what was coming loose.

Indeed when andrew and jeff took our review unit apart they came away impressed. It is the smoothest easiest to depress dropper i have ever used hands down. As i sat down i practically slid off the front of my saddle. Fast forward to the downhill portion of my first ride with the bikeyoke divine when my bike started to sound like something was falling apart.

Bikeyoke s revive dropper post has been on the market for over 2 years now and seems to have somewhat stealthily achieved a very solid reputation for quality and durability. It is easier to set up and my 9 8 only works for a handful of rides before it has to be. Adjustable air pressure allows for speed adjust and an audible top out knock if you so wish for it. The bike yoke is waaaaay better.

We chose the 185mm travel version which just barely fit on our test bike. At 390 the revive is not the cheapest dropper post on test but it s easily the smoothest. It also has been impervious to cold as witnessed by a winter s worth of testing on a canyon dude fat bike. It is that smooth.

The revive had been getting great reviews so we were eager to test it against our stacked selection of dropper seatposts. Aaron chamberlain bikeyoke carefully considered and artfully crafted every detail of the revive dropper. When it was introduced in 2017 bikeyoke s revive was the longest stroke dropper on the market featuring 185mm of infinitely adjustable travel. Bikeyoke revive 2 0 dropper post functionally the revive 2 0 is the same but it gets a boost in strength for today s longer stroke droppers.
